Our first online ShapeUp4Life course launched in January, you too can take the first step to maintaining a healthy weight in 2021 without having to leave your home!

Maintaining a healthy weight is important for overall health as it helps to lower your risk of Heart Disease, Type 2 Diabetes, Stroke and certain Cancers. Try taking a step by step approach! Think small, realistic changes to your diet and level of physical activity that make a big difference and become a part of your daily routine.

Each 12 week weight management course is available to those aged 18+ with a BMI above 30, or above 28 for BAME and those with long-term conditions. Get in touch with the team today to learn more!
